This is a classic Spanish lantern, and it will be shipped to you with the utmost care directly from the south of Spain.
The cable and socket are brand new. However, this piece was never originally created for electrification, so there is nowhere to screw down a socket. It dangles in the middle and it held in the middle with a piece of thread, as you can see in the last photo. I know this seems odd, but it is quite common here to hold the socket in the middle with a black thread: I have seen it many times in my journey restoring old lights here in southern Spain.
Furthermore, please note that there is one minor dis-perfection in the metal work. It seems that one decorative exterior piece of ironwork has been bent straight along the horizontal plane, while the other three decorative exterior pieces are bent along the diagonal plane. This is best explained by looking carefully at the second-to-last photo where I circled in red the piece that is bent differently (on the right) and the piece that is bent the same as the others (on the left).
