GRADING CRITERIA

BAM Liquidation sells a range of products that can come in a variety of cosmetic conditions. Please refer to our detailed explanation of product grading scale below.

New: This is a new sealed item that is completely intact with no seals broken. It may include damaged or distressed retail packaging but will be new sealed.

Open Box: This is a new open box item that has not been used. Item will be fully functional and include all required parts and/or accessories.

Refurbished "A" Grade: Our highest cosmetic grade with only a few minor cosmetic defects. Item is fully tested and functional. Product can be considered in “like new” or “new open box” condition.

Minor Wear "B" Grade: Fully tested and functional, just like the A Grade, but will have minor visible blemishes and is discounted accordingly. These could include slight scratches & scuffs, wear on the buttons and/or minor screen scratches. Any minor scratches & scuffs will be less than 2" long and any minor dent or hairline crack will be less than 1/2 inch and will not affect the functionality of the item. This is our most popular grade.

Scratch & Dent "C" Grade: Has more minor scratches, scuffs, dents, cracks than a B grade and/or moderate to major cosmetic defects. If the product has an LCD there could be less than 3 minor small scratches and 2-3 bad pixels. C grade products are discounted accordingly, fully tested and functional.

Orders are packaged in plain brown or white packages for security.
Order cancellation or address change requests must be made prior to shipment.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

BAM Liquidation ships all orders by whichever method is selected at checkout.
Orders will ship within (2) business days. For expedited shipping methods, orders will ship the next business day if the order is processed before 12:00 p.m. CST.
If the tracking number is non-active please allow (12) hours for the carrier to update the tracking status.
Any delays in transit are the responsibility of the carrier and are not eligible for reimbursement of any shipping fee.
All orders over $500 will require adult signature.
Shipping is Domestic US only at this time.

30 Day Return Policy

Returns may be initiated within thirty (30) days of delivery.
Item must be in the same condition as purchased to be eligible for return.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted and buyer will be responsible for return shipping.
Refunds are processed within three (3) business days of return.
