Shipping:  If purchasing more than one item, please contact us for a combined shipping rate. We usually will get your item out the day we receive payment but if not, we do hold true to our 2-day shipping policy. Shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

We do participate and use the Global Shipping Program provided through eBay for your and our protection. Your tracking information will be sent to you as soon as a shipping label has been created.

Returns: We strive for the absolute best but if your item arrives damaged or not as described, we will work with you to resolve the issue. We only accept returns on items that do not work upon receiving them. We do not accept returns because the buyer made a wrong purchase or because changed their mind. You must let us know within 30 days of receiving the item to receive a refund. The buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping.
