At Uk-Underworld, our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. We strive to vide expert guidance to help you choose the best possible ducts for your needs. We also understand that sometimes a duct just does not quite fit, and so for whatever reason, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return the duct for a refund or exchange.
Our return policy is a vital factor in bettering our ducts and viding you the best possible service. Therefore we highly appreciate your feedback/ reason for returning the ducts.
For U.K customers:
For a Refund:
Customers with in United Kingdom can return the item for a refund or exchange with in 14 working days of receipt of merchandise.
You may exchange the duct this must not be used/worn or tempered with and returned with all packaging/tags in tacked.
The customer is responsible for all return charges. For your tection, we suggest all returns be sent back to us through a traceable carrier.
Refunds are for the duct price at the time of purchase only and Postage is non-refundable.
Please beware that due to health and safety measures we will NOT accept any used/worn or tempered duct. We also will NOT accept returns on any underwear ducts due to health and hygiene measures.
For an Exchange:
You may exchange the duct this must not be used/worn or tempered with and returned with all packaging/tags in tacked.
If you want to change the duct then you can return the item along ，Please Contact us by email and I will give you a return address.
For customers outside United Kingdom
For a Refund:
Customers outside United Kingdom can return the item for a refund or exchange with in 30 working days of receipt of merchandise.
The customer is responsible for all return freight charges, including duty and tax, if applicable. For your tection, we suggest all returns be sent back to us through a traceable carrier. Most major carriers offer tracking information.
We will pay all shipping costs if a return is a result of our error.

How to set up a return/exchange?
Please return the item along with the original packaging in which you received the duct.
Please also send a copy of the invoice which you received along with the Item.
