Here are some common-sense installation instructions that may be of interest...

Make sure your fingers are super clean...when using clear decals, there is nothing worse than a fingerprint in the adhesive "sealed in".
Then its a thorough degrease and clean of the panel. Use panel-wipe if you have some, but if not, then soap and water, get rid of all traces of polish or dirt. The decal is clear, so you're not going to cover any indiscretions.
Assuming you dont have a squeegee, you can use a credit card with a soft cloth wrapped over the edge. (just once...you need that hard edge to push the water out) Mix up some soapy water...just a very small amount of washing up liquid in it, to stop the "grab" and allow you to slide the decal around a bit. Too much and you will struggle to get it to dry enough to get the application tape off. Then, wet the panel with the soapy water, remove the backing paper from the decal and wet the back of the decal. by sprinkling some of the water on. Float the decal onto the panel and use a ruler to measure it into position. When you are happy it is in position and straight, Use your wrapped card to work the water out from the middle outwards... think of it as a Union Jack pattern. When its all behaving and sitting down nicely, Pat it dry and make a cuppa. When you come back, squeegee again and then start to lift the application tape off. If it starts to lift the decal too, then squeegee it back down and wait a while...perhaps the mix was a bit too soapy. When you get the tape off the top, wet it again and gently squeegee straight onto the decal to make sure all edges are sealed down.
Then, dry off with a cloth and you're done.
