The brew of the Classic Four-Season (Sijichun)is buttercup yellow and wildly floral. It breathes a strong scent of orchid from the start, with notes of lemon and even some blueberry interlaced in it. Its taste matches its scent: a barrage of orchids fills mouth and nose. After a couple of brews, the fruity aspects take over. The dominant trait turns into lemon, but is tempered by the fresh taste of leaf.
The Classic Sijichun is, without doubt, a summer tea. One that mixes well with a fiery sunset, a good book, and a smile of contentment.
