We go through great lengths to provide a detailed description and post several high-resolution images on every listing for your consideration. We encourage you to ask questions if any arise. In addition, we disclose the dimensions in millimeters, as photos sometimes present items bigger than they are. Please have ruler available to you in order grasp a sense of size; the actual item might be smaller than it appears on your phone or monitor.  Be aware, that beginning October 2019 eBay automatically will add the sales tax to the final price of any items sold.

Sizing:

Unfortunately, due to Covid and its wake our jeweler retired, and we no longer offer free resizing.  I would suggest that you use our high-resolution images to consult with a local jeweler about alterations. Please note that altering a piece will void our return policy.

Condition:

Please do not be discouraged with the condition “pre-owned.” This condition does not have the same meaning as it would when describing electronics, appliances, clothing or cars. This is jewelry, that is made out of precious stones and metals and will never become obsolete.

Return Policy:

We offer returns and refunds only if the item is returned unaltered with all original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Refunds may take 1-2 days pending examination of the returned merchandise.

Returned jewelry cannot be resized or altered in any way and must be unworn. All goods will be inspected upon receipt prior to the issuance of any refund.
