Vintage Vera red and black long sleeved blouse in a size 16.  The motif on the blouse includes lavender orchids and black geometric shapes.

The blouse buttons down the front with red plastic buttons and has buttoned cuffs.  It has a pointed collar and a straight hem.  I believe the fabric is polyester.

The label reads, "Vera" and has the lady bug signature.
