SHAD TERRA TR48 ALUMINUM MOTORCYCLE TOP CASE 48L

The TR48 top case is 100% designed and manufactured in Barcelona and has the capacity for one trail helmet or two helmets (full face + jet). It features a streamlined, integrated structural design and is made of hardened aluminum alloy, a type of aluminum that allows for a slim 1.2mm thickness for maximum strength with minimal weight. Hinges in AISI 304 stainless steel.
Equipped with integrated "TERRA Lock System" locking system (patent pending). This is an industrial-grade AISI 304 stainless steel frame that includes the locking system and integrated retractable handle. Designed for quick one-handed use, it allows the user to open and close the suitcase, as well as fix and remove it in seconds.
Maximum protection for your luggage thanks to its internal base in pressed rubber foam, which reduces the movement of the load inside.
Possibility of adding further load thanks to its external hooks in AISI 304 stainless steel.
To install the top case on the motorbike, a specific TOP MASTER fixing kit and a plate are required (not included). Three plate options available: standard SHAD plate (D1B591PA), aluminum plate or black aluminum plate (D1BTRPA2).
The key lock bushings are easy to change: in less than 5 minutes you can replace those on the side cases or top case to use a single key. An additional lock bushing for the top case is included in the right case.
Optional accessories (not included): backrest made up of two parts (D0RI75) and expandable internal bag (X0IB47)

The TR47L side case is designed and produced 100% in Barcelona and can accommodate a Trail helmet or two helmets (full face + jet). It features an aerodynamic, integrated structural design and is made of hardened aluminum alloy, a type of aluminum that allows for a reduced thickness of 1.2 mm to achieve maximum strength with minimum weight. AISI 304 stainless steel hinges that allow you to leave the suitcase on the ground without it tipping over, and ABS protections to strengthen the suitcase against impacts.
Equipped with integrated "TERRA Lock System" locking system (patent pending). This is an industrial-grade AISI 304 stainless steel frame that includes the locking system and integrated retractable handle. Designed for quick, one-handed use, it allows the user to open and close the suitcase, as well as fix and remove it in seconds.
The keys and lock bushings of the TR47L suitcase correspond to the latest premium version of SHAD, with a system that reduces the possibility of theft and with a cover that protects the lock from the ingress of dust. Attention: the additional lock bushing is not included in the left side TERRA case and can be purchased separately (code D1TRB0).
Side opening: perfect for "packing", with large capacity and space, and with an internal rigid tray that helps hold the load, preventing it from falling when the suitcase is opened.
Terra side cases are designed to be fixed to the motorcycle via the new 4P system. It is a tubular steel structure with high-resistance painting. The 20 mm diameter tubular, the one with the largest circumference on the market, offers maximum stability and resistance, in addition to the reinforcing cross bar, designed to withstand the most extreme conditions.
It is possible to replace the lock bushing of the suitcase to unify it with that of the other side suitcase and/or the top box. The bushings are easy to change: in less than 5 minutes you can replace them and use a single key to open the two suitcases and the top case.
Accessories (not included): expandable internal bag (X0IB47) and internal net (X0TR01).

Thanks to its diameter of 20 mm, the thickest on the market, it offers maximum firmness and resistance to a set that is also reinforced with a crossbar for the most extreme rides.
The TR36R includes 3 cylinders and 2 keys to unify the three cases (side and top). The cylinders are easy to change: in less than 5 minutes you can unify the top and side cases to use them with a single key.

Luggage Rack for SHAD TOP MASTER Top Case

The SHAD Top Master fixing kit allows you to mount the top case to the motorbike. This is a system designed specifically for each motorcycle model, based on the vehicle's characteristics. The result is a high quality, comfortable and safe product, easy to assemble and disassemble.
To mount the top case to the motorbike it is necessary to use the plate included in the SHAD top case. (Except for TR48/TR37 top cases).

Compatible with all mounting plates and all SHAD and SHAD TERRA top cases.

Plate made of 5 mm aluminum with high quality finishes, which provide additional scratch resistance and facilitate cleaning of the product. The laser cutting gives the plate an innovative and functional design: better integration with the design of the motorbike and fixing points to carry an additional load when the suitcase is not installed. The grill was designed and produced in Barcelona and is compatible with SHAD top cases from the Terra range (TR48, TR37, TR90).
