For sale is an Authentic antique hand forged blacksmith made 1700s 18th century early American fireplace toaster with double arch form head piece design. It is used to toast/reheat flat bread by the hearth fire. Many hand hammered rivets are visible at various parts of the item. The wrought iron handle features a beautiful lollipop hanging end.


It Measures approximately 17” long, the toaster head measures 14” x 6”. The item is great antique condition. There are no surface rust. The arches are securely attached and the toast head spins freely. Other Age appropriate surface wears and imperfections are present. Please study the pictures carefully before committing to buy.


Overall, this is a classical example that showcases the colonial American blacksmith craftsmanship. A great display item for collectors of early wrought iron antiquity /early Americana /primitive Kitchen and hearth tool.
