Comes with a plain white flat cover.  I have seen this warmer with a blue cover that has a handle.  I am not sure that is cover originally came with the warmer.  It seems to be the same color and texture.   Cover is not a perfect and tight fit to the warmer, see photos.  Both pieces are in excellent condition.
