How to use the motor
1. Use of tolerance: pay attention to the use of voltage and current range, the use of the motor in the case specified in this standard, otherwise the life of the motor will be reduced.
2.Handling the motor: hold it gently and put it down, use the motor shell part as far as possible.
3. Motor wiring: red lead to the positive pole, black lead to the negative pole, if connected to the opposite direction of rotation of the motor.
4. Overload: as far as possible in the company's provisions of the load range of use, it is strictly prohibited motor blocking or close to the blocking state over a long period of time, otherwise the motor will burn out.
5. Motor storage: storage temperature: 0 ℃ -40 ℃, storage humidity: 15% -90% RH avoid placing in high temperature, high humidity and corrosive gases in the environment.
6. Motor operating temperature: 0 ℃ -70 ℃.

1. When You Use the Motor, There Should Not Be Any Binding Objects Such As Adhesive to Flow into the Bearings Through the Rotating Shaft, Which May Affect the Operation of the Motor.
2. the Rotation of the Shaft May Have the Opposite Effect on the Life of the Motor, in Order to Prolong the Life of the Motor, Please Check Whether Your Loads Are in Accordance with the Regulations, and Do Not Overload or Hang Items on the End of the Shaft That May Hinder the Rotation.
3. Heavy Radial Loads That Are Made to Be Eccentric Can Be Detrimental to the Life of the Motor.
4.Do Not Store the Motor in High Temperature or Extreme Humidity, or in Corrosive Gas, As This Will Reduce the Effectiveness of the Motor.
5.Do Not Run the Motor in High Temperature and Humidity.
6. When Soldering the Positive and Negative Motor Terminals, Use a Soldering Iron with a Temperature of 340°C±40°C and a Heating Time of 3 Seconds or less, and Do Not Deform the Plastic, Allow Solder to Flow into the Motor, or Break the Ends of the Wires, As This Will Cause the Motor to Deteriorate.
7. Don't Let the Motor Shaft Get Stuck, When the Power Is Transmitted, It Will Make the Motor Overheat in a Short Time and Burn Its Accessories.
8. the Quality of the Motor Cannot Be Guaranteed If the Motor Encounters Any of the Things Mentioned in the Instruction Manual or If It Is Obvious That There Is a Fault on the Surface Due to a Lack of Skill on the Part of the Staff.
9. Supply the Specified Power and Make Sure That It Is Within the Range of Measurable Requirements.
10. When Installing Pulleys or Gears, Do Not Put an Excessive Amount of Weight on Them When Pressing Them in.
