LEGO City: Loader and Tipper (#4201 - retired) 100% complete w/ manual (NO BOX)
This retired model was sold between June 2012 and November 2014

All parts (139) and Minifigures (2) are complete. 

Stickers (if any) are applied. Note that it does not include extras you would find in new sealed sets and the original box is not included. 

Original instruction booklets (2) are complete and in great shape - one of the manuals (number 2 - see pic) has a small tear but otherwise no creases.

After verifying the completeness, the set was disassembled and stored in a Ziplock.
