Cosmetically the device is in Fair condition. The most notable wear are general moderate signs of use like scratching on the exterior of the device.
I am unsure if the Battery holds a charge. There is no power to the device and the charging port does not respond with any indicator light or power when it is plugged into the wall. There could be a charging port issue with he device causing it to not take a charge. .
Otherwise, The LCD as an assembly look to be in fair operable condition, there are still parts that may be useful for other devices of this model. It was surrendered after attempted repair.
