Sparkling natural and untreated pink spinel gemstone originating from Burma (Myanmar) This weighs 1.25 CTS and has been cut and faceted into a heart shape. The measurements are approximately 6.3 x 6.2 x 3.9 mm.

The stone has a rich pink coloring with strong undertones of purple. This displays higher grade optical effects such as a brilliant sparkle and twinkle as best seen in the supplied video. This would make an excellent smaller piece of jewelry or perhaps as an accent stone. This is not a large piece but one of notable quality. Spinels are prized for thier beauty and rareness but are generally not available in large sizes.

The gem is fully transparent and has very good clarity. There is some faint natural inclusions that can be seen upon examination. This can be considered close to eye clean or SI clarity. There is no discernable damage or chips and is in great condition.

This particular gemstone was sourced by a personal friend of mine in Bangkok who works in the gem market there. He often supplies us with some of the more rare and higher grade items in our shop.
