Hints to use
Henna hair dye from natural ingredient

Will it still able to achieve a satisfaction result?

The answer is yes, if you can do it in a proper way.

The main thing is it's time consuming.

Due to this, I often like hair colouring and conditioning all at the same time.
I don't have long hair. If you have shoulder length hair, you can use the whole packet with the double amount of ingredients.

***Half a pack of henna is about 70g of henna. Add a 1/3 to 1/2 a cup of red tea, and stir the powder till it becomes a creamy paste.
***For better conditioning, I usually add two eggs.
***For better strength in the colouring, I add one squeezed lemon.
mix well, cover and leave it in the fridge for a day e.g. make it on Friday night and use it on Sunday morning.  Allow the colour to fully develop.

Application:
Henna can be applied on dry or wet hair, section your hair in small bunches. Apply to one section at a time, starting from the scalp, to the tip till they are thickly coated.
When all henna is finished, wrap you whole head hair with cling wrap and leave it for 3 hours, then rinse it off with water and hair wash with a mild shampoo. After your hair is clean and dry, I often like to apply a tiny bit of Bio-Oil or extra virgin olive oil. I found that it is even better for colour to stay.

Enjoy your henna hair dye.
