Navy Cross of Merit - Polish decoration awarded for merits to soldiers of the Navy and other types of the Armed Forces. It is one of the military decorations awarded in Poland during peace.

Pursuant to the aforementioned Act, "Maritime Cross of Merit may be granted to a Navy soldier, and exceptionally to a soldier of a different type of the Polish Armed Forces, for an act performed during the service which is of particular benefit to the Navy, and goes beyond normal duty." In the precedence of Polish decorations, he takes the place of the Military, Naval and Air Cross of Merit with Swords, and before the Medal for Sacrifice and Courage. It is equivalent to the Military and Air Cross of Merit.
