For sale is a RARE! Antique 18TH Century blacksmith Hand Wrought Iron fireplace hearth tasting spoon/ladle with punch decorated symbols on the neck and again on the long handle. The makers symbols resembles a flower with petals, likely a Pennsylvanian Dutch craftsmanship.

Note the beautiful rattail form hanging hook. Very primitive old look! Very rare to find one with decorative markings!

It measures approximately 15.5” long and 3” wide. It has no rust at all and straight when looked from the sideline. The piece is full of wrought iron folding and hammering signs. Beautiful polished surface with great antique patina! Age appropriate surface wears and imperfections are to be expected. Please check all photos for detailed condition before committing to buy.
