The Paradise Lounge was a popular San Francisco music and performance venue located at 1501 Folsom Street from 1986 till 2010. Prior to The Paradise Lounge, the location was the longtime home (1966-1986) of Folsom Street's first leather bar, the fondly-remembered and well-loved Febe's, home of Mike Caffee's iconic "Leather David," a modified plaster reproduction of Michalenagelo's David, with classic 1960s gay biker regalia, including leather jacket, Levis jeans, and a Harley Davidson biker cap.
