If you are purchasing this equipment for patient use it is the buyer's responsibility to have the equipment certified, tested and inspected prior to patient use. Buyer assumes all responsibility and liability for ensuring this device meets FDA requirements and regulation before use including recertification, recalibration, and sterilization.

We will stand by our equipment but will not take any responsibility for its use on a patient.

Return Policy

Items are sold as-is with no returns or refunds available unless explicitly stated. While we do our best to accurately describe each item if we mistakenly misrepresent something please contact us to discuss return options. If a return is granted, the buyer is responsible for return shipping, and we reserve the right to inspect the item to ensure it is in the same condition as originally shipped before issuing the refund.

Standard Shipping in the Continental USA

Unless otherwise stated all orders sent to a continental USA location will be shipped via UPS, FedEx Ground or USPS. All items are securely wrapped in protective bubble wrap as a standard measure against damage. Buyer pays all shipping costs. We do not refund shipping, handling and packaging charges. Freight quotes will be provided upon request. Please allow 72 hours to process freight shipments. Local pickup from Peak Medical in Fairfield, NJ is available by appointment only. Evidence of paid in full and identification are required for local pickup.

International Shipping

Shipping internationally is the responsibility of the buyer, including coordinating any additional taxes, duties and paperwork needed. No returns or refunds can be made on items that are shipped internationally.
