This is an incredible Disneyland Galaxy's Edge cast member uniform top from Galaxy's Edge. This is one of the cast member uniforms that the residents of Batuu wear. Made to look futuristic of course, but also like a shirt that any Batuu resident would wear.

This one is from Disneyland, but they wear the same costume at Disney World Galaxy's Edge.

It's possible you've seen other similar ones, but this one has the rare dot pattern. You will not find another one anywhere available for sale.
