Condition: Open Box Item with Packaging Choice and Condition Grade. Please make the appropriate selection from the dropdown Menu before Checkout. Grading and Packaging Guide is as follows:
- With Retail Box(GR-A) - Units are in Grade A Condition and comes with Retail Box/Packaging and Accessories. Units may show minor scratches, scuffing's and signs of use due to regular handling. Retail box may show signs of distress.
- No Retail Box(GR-B) - Units are in Grade B Condition and comes with No Retail Box/Packaging or Accessories or Batteries. Units will show Scratches, Scuffing's and Previous signs of use. All units are Tested, Inspected and Graded by Certified Techs. Batteries not included.
Payment Policy: We accept payment via PayPal, all major credit cards, apple pay and google pay to name a few. We will ship to a Confirmed Address Only. We will not change or update an address once the order has been placed.
Shipping Policy: We ship all orders within 1 Business day upon receipt of payment . We offer FREE Shipping to all customers unless otherwise noted on the Listing. We ship daily and on time and majority of the times, the delay in delivery is due to a delay on the courier service end or due to address issues. Please contact your local Courier service based on the tracking in case of a delay. We upload tracking numbers daily into the orders, which are then sent to the customers via eBay messaging systems. Items that are valued over $200 will require a Adult Signature upon delivery. Please message us via eBay, incase your package is lost or not received, instead of opening a case on eBay. Our Customer Service team will respond and assist promptly.
Note- The guaranteed delivery day is set eBay for a reference. The actual delivery time depends on your current destination and the time the carrier takes to deliver. For all returns, Shipping fees paid by buyers are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Return Policy:
- We offer FREE RETURNS to all our customers unless noted on the listing. Returns must be within 30 days for Replacement or Refunds UNLESS NOTED ON THE LISTING. In an event where a replacement may not be arranged, then a Refund will be issued promptly.
- No Returns for Refunds accepted after 30 days.
- Items that we sell with the condition " FOR PARTS ONLY" comes with no warranty or replacement.

- Returns will incur a 20% restocking fees, if items returned are not in the Same Condition as originally shipped, Non-Defective, Seal Opened on New Items, Mismatch Serial Number, Damaged, Tampered and Missing Accessories.
- For All Returns, Regardless of Return Reasons - Shipping fees paid by buyers are NON-REFUNDABLE.
- Apple iPad, iPhone, iPod and items that are secured with a Login Password or iCloud Accounts need to be removed and a Factory Reset performed before returning the items. Failure to do so may result in a delay in refund process & incur a restocking fee.
- We record all serial numbers and note them on the packing slip upon shipping your order.

We will do our level best in resolving any issues promptly and in a timely manner. Please allow 24-48 hours to respond back to messages.
We do not ship to International Buyers. We do not accept returns & warranty is void for Buyers who purchase items and use third party to ship items overseas.
