This is recorded to be number 121; bound in full leather with a slip case of cloth and gilt lettering. 2003. Settlers West Galleries, Tucson, Arizona. 296 pp. Measures 12.75 in. x 12.5 in. x 2 in. 

The number and signature not verified by this seller; however, assumed by all similar listings and the original seal was preserved.
