Colour: a glass-coating opaque purple color.
Nose: offers up a superb perfume of exotic spices, sandal wood, herbs, lavender and assorted black fruits.
Taste: dense, rich and plush on the palate. The 2015 Premium is sourced from the estate’s oldest vines, some of them over 100 years.
Malolactic fermentation in new French oak followed by aging in another set of new barrels for over 24 months. This large-scaled, powerful effort will benefit from anther 5-6 years of cellaring and will offer prime drinking from 2022 to 2030.
