Vintage NWT JOEL POWELL Blue Enamel Rhinestone Pansy Flower Gold Tone Bracelet & Clip Earrings. Each flower has a rhinestone in center on both bracelet and earrings. Both still have their original Joel Powell tags attached from Nordstroms. Please check measurements good below for bracelet, bracelet is more for a small to medium wrist.
Measurements
Bracelet measures 7 1/4" around when clasped x 1 3/16" wide, for a smaller wrist, please measure. Earrings measure 1 1/8" wide x 1 3/16" high.
Condition
Good shape, new, still has tags attached, no wear, bright gold hardware and off coloring is reflections only.
