This is a beautiful hand made VINTAGE OLD VINTAGE IKEBANA BASKET Square with a handle. VASE BASKET FLOWER ARRANGER FROM A THREE GENERATION ESTATE that I am currently liquidating. I believe it to be Chinese from early 1930's, but leave it to the experts on eBay. It's in very good condition - held atop a curio cabinet (no sun) for many, many years. The coloration is classic and workmanship is exquisite. Basket was displayed and not used. The weave is gorgeous - and varied in style on the handle attachments, and body of the weave - a very skilled artisan created this basket! Impeccable attention to detail. Large tall accent handle. Here are the approximate measurements: Overall height 10" approximately, 7 3/8" wide, square 6 5/8" from handle to handle 7 3/8" - a substantial piece!!
