Condition:
This guitar is nearly flawless. Cosmetically it is about as good as it can get for a guitar of this age, with virtually zero playwear. The only noteworthy issue is the relatively 2.9mm action, and relatively low saddle. Not in need of a neck reset, but if you plan to own this guitar forever, it might be something to address years down the line.
