You are looking at an antique roast meat fork with a sterling silver handle. The handle is marked sterling on both sides and has the maker's mark for Frank M. Whiting.
The fork is about 10 1/4" long from the end of the handle to the tip of one of the prongs. The fork weighs 154 grams on my old gram scale.
