Description

Bob Dylan's first performance in Japan was held from February to March 1978, and the album released in November under the title "Budokan" was later officially released worldwide. It was recorded over two days, February 28th and March 1st, but the master tape was discovered in 2007. After a long period of release negotiations, the people involved at the time reunited 45 years after the album's first visit to Japan. Mr. Haeckel Kanno, who planned "Budokan" in 1978, was appointed as the general supervisor, and the engineer who recorded at the time did his 2023 REMIX from his 24ch multi-tape, and the artwork was also created by the same designer as at the time, making it unique to Japan led by Japan. The project was finally commercialized. (C)RS
