What devices are compatible with the WHOOP?

The WHOOP is compatible with all iOS. We require Android 10.0 or higher for an operating system. Devices from Android 9 and lower are known to cause device connectivity & app performance issues along with LG, OnePlus, Xiaomi, Blackberry, and others.

What is included with my purchase?

Your purchase includes the WHOOP 4.0 device with Onyx SuperKnit band, a waterproof and wireless battery charger and charging cable, as well as a 12-month WHOOP membership and access to the WHOOP app.

Why do I need to enter a credit card to activate my membership when I've already paid?

Your purchase includes your upfront 12-month membership. At the end of the 12-months, you will have the opportunity to renew your membership directly with WHOOP.
