Vintage Trek 8700 frame

Looks to be a mid 90's model. This frame takes 26" wheels and was running cantilever brakes with a 3x8 drive train with an older threaded trek suspension fork. I think Trek considers this a 19.5" size but please see actual measurements below. Took a lot of pictures. Frame does show some wear but overall really great condition for it's age. Looks like one of the seat tube water bottle cage mounts may have been re-epoxied on. I did try a cage on it and it seems like it is holding up fine, but maybe not aligned perfectly.  Please view all pics for an accurate representation.

Center to top of top tube : 19.5"

Center to top of seat tube : 20.75"

Top tube length: 22.5"

Head tube diameter: 1.125 (1 & 1/8") threaded

Rear Spacing: 135mm

Seat post size: 27.0 or 27.2 

Weight: 4 lbs. 5 oz.
