  • Mattress care: Rotate the mattress every 2 weeks for first 3 months and then once every 4 weeks. Do not bend or jump on the mattress. Use a good quality protector for preventing staining. 

READ BEFORE YOU BUY

  • Mattress dimensions (length, width and height/depth) are approximate and may vary up to 3 cm
  • Mattress border's design, colour and pattern may vary without quality compromise
  • Your new mattress could develop body impressions on the mattress surface after a few nights of you sleeping on the mattress. This is a natural process and helps promote the spinal alignment. Therefore, this is not dipping/sagging. A mattress is called dipped/indented when the sagging is more than 5 cm (2 inches).
  • As the mattress is freshly made and packed, there could be some initial harmless odour of memory foam which will be dissipated gradually. Once unpacked, leave the mattress for a couple of hours in a well-ventilated room before using it.
  • As all the mattress information is given in the product page above, we do not attach any label on the mattress
  • The mattress firmness is based on the perception of our test subject
  • Delivery charge is £10 to £50 for the POSTCODES commencing with AB, BA, BH, BN, CA, CT, DD, DG, DT, EX, FK, G, GU, IP, IV, KA, KW, KY, LD, LL, LV, NR, PA, PH, PL, PO, RH, SA, SO, SP, SS, SY, TA, TN, TR (we do not deliver to some of TR postcodes, please ask before placing your order) and TQ and the delivery may take longer than usual. Please ask for the delivery surcharge and the time frame before placing your order.
  • Our delivery commitment is 3 to 6 working working days. The estimated delivery date shown to you is auto-generated by eBay. 
  • No delivery to Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands/any island and Shetland

  • DELIVERY of your order will be made any time between 6 am and 9 pm (Monday to Sunday) to the front door of your house (ground floor only) or to the main door of the building (ground floor only). We use an independent courier company to deliver our mattresses. We will inform you of the estimated delivery times (a window of 3 to 4 hours) after 3 pm a day before the delivery which can not be changed due to the delivery routes set by the courier company.

  • Due to UNFORESEEN EVENTS (e.g. vehicle breakdown, traffic congestion/road works, bad weather etc.), the delivery of your mattress may be delayed. However, we will continue to endevour to provide the best of our service and product.
  • PLEASE CHECK for any damages, tears or dirty marks to make sure that you are happy with the quality and condition of mattress received. Once delivered, it will be difficult for us to entertain your complain afterwards for compensation or refund.
