Es handelt sich hier um winzige LED in Bauform 0603 (1,6 mm x 0,9 mm x 0,4 mm) mit sehr hoher Helligkeit (bei 20 mA).
Die Leuchtfarbe ist SUPER GOLDEN WHITE, das ist ein extra-kräftiges Warmweiss in Ausführung RÖTLICH-GELBLICH.
Die LED sind von der Gehäusehöhe sehr niedrig gehalten mit superflachen 0,4 mm Höhe, das ist fast die Hälfte im Vergleich zu handelsüblicher Ware in Bauform 0603.
Die LED sind bereits mit rückseitig angelöteter Litze versehen, wobei die Leitungen flach in die selbe Richtung verlaufen.
Diese Art der Verlötung ist aufwendig und schwierig auzführen, bietet jedoch beim Verbauen der LED grösstmögliche Flexibilität in der Anwendung und gewährleistet extrem platzsparenden Einsatz.
Für bestmögliche elektrische Isolierung kommt Litze mit schwarzer Kunststoffummantelung zur Verwendung, die robust und gleichzeitig sehr geschmeidig ist.
Für einfache Anschlusserkennung ist die Kathode ca. 10 mm kürzer als die Anode gehalten.
Die Litzeenden sind abisoliert und verzinnt.

The illumination colour is SUPER GOLDEN WHITE, this is an extra-strong warm white in edition REDDISH-YELLOWISH.
The LED have an ultra-flat housing with only 0,4 mm height that means only half the height of commercially available LED in series 0603.
The LED already have litz wire soldered onto the backside whereby both wires are leading flat in the same direction.
This kind of soldering is very extensive and difficult to perform, but is offering maximum flexibility when applying the LED and is ensuring place-saving usage.
For utmost electrical insulation cable with a black plastic sleeve is used, robust and at the same time very smooth.
For easy recognizable connecting, the Cathode is about 10 mm shorter than the Anode.
The endings are stripped bare and tinned.
