Historical piece as it was produced before the fall of the Berlin Wall. Clearly engraved on the bottom as made in West Germany.

Item is in excellent condition with no paint chipping and glossy finish still intact. (See photos for details).  Both doors still open and close with no sticking.

Minor use then stored in a smoke-free, temperature-controlled environment for more than thirty years.
