Geo. was a master carpenter (and later a construction supervisor and lumber yard owner) who never passed up a good ruler. His working collection included a variety of sizes—some for use on building sites (loved those marked with 1/16” and other fractions), some for desk drafting work. Many were picked up from Lumber supply and insurance companies, and featured company and corporate advertising.  His rulers spanned from early 1960s through very early 1980s; so all are at 40+ years old.He also had and used handy pocket calculators for rafters/trusses/stairs.

This was a prized tool, good-looking and used on Geo's desk while supervising construction for a WI company that built KFC shops across the county in the late 1960s-early 1970s. Very, very good vintage condition.
