We source our Cacao from the growing regions which provide the quality required for premium, organic products. Cacao is high in Fibre, a source of Protein, rich in Vitamins and Minerals, and has antioxidant properties. It is a versatile food ingredient available in different forms - Powder, Nibs, Butter, Paste and Beans.
Our Organic Cacao Powder is made from finely ground premium organic cacao beans from the Ivory Coast & Ghana. It is an undutched and non-alkalised cacao powder, with a delicious taste and aroma.

Cacao is known for its nutritional content; high in Fibre, a source of Protein, rich in vitamins and minerals. To make cacao powder, seed pods are harvested by hand, broken into small pieces or nibs which are then ground into cacao paste. The paste is pressed to form a cake which is then ground into a fine powder.
