801 EBI MONO

Over 15 years of experience in the production of motorcycle helmets was born the 801 EBI is the first SKI and BIKE helmet derived from motorcycling.

The construction characteristics of the helmet increase its performance in energy attenuation, resistance to penetration and structural integrity. Produced with shaped visor characterized by a rubber perimeter gasket and fixed to the lateral supports with visible rivets.

Visors in different protection categories and colors are available as accessories (sold separately), including photochromic.

The features are completed by the Air Stream System ventilation, the rear glasses loop, the micrometric buckle, the anti-theft ring and the elastic strap holder.

OUTER SHELL IN ABS The outer shell is made of molded thermoplastic with a minimum thickness of 3mm for the entire surface, guaranteeing maximum impact resistance and shock dispersion.

INTERNAL SHELL IN EPS The internal protective padding is made of high-performance expanded polystyrene in two different sizes with differentiated multi-densities to guarantee the best performance in terms of safety combined with comfortable fit.

SIZE SPECIFIC INTERIORS No annoying adjustments, the interiors of the 801A model are made with padding of different thickness and density for each of the 8 sizes available to offer an optimal fit to each head circumference. The internal padding is covered in anti-allergic, antibacterial and soft fabrics in contact with the skin, for total comfort in all conditions of use. The interior, cheek pads, neck collar and chin guard are totally removable and washable.

MICROMETRIC BUCKLE The micrometric buckle for closing the strap is made up of a button body and a graduated strip which allow quick and easy adjustment together with a practical release. The 801 it is also equipped with an elastic strap holder, a ring in elasticated fabric that allows the excess strap to be blocked in the folded position.

DOUBLE APPROVAL The CGM 801 helmet is produced in accordance with the latest technologies and complies with the following European standards: EN 1078:2012 + A1:2012 for cyclists, users of skateboards and roller skates. EN 1077:2007 for alpine skiing and snowboarding.
