• 1)When will my order ship ?   As soon as possible ! 95% of the time ,I ship orders within 24 hours once payment is received. Trust me ,I want the items out of the warehouse just as fast as you want your item,so it's a win win ! We do live in a rural area ,so weather factors into the shipment time . Rest assured , we will make every effort to get orders out asap. We are human after all.
• 2)Do you ship out of the USA ?  Yes ,I ship Overseas & Internationally. We only use the Ebay Global Shipping Program ,to help reduce lost packages & fraud. It may cost a bit more ,but it is guaranteed and fast . Buyer is solely responsible for Custom duties//taxes/charges. We cannot mark item as Gift.
• 3)How do you ship your items ?   I always ship via USPS ,with great care in packaging . Unlike the larger box stores ,we always pack securely & pack the item as we would want to receive it ourselves .All orders under 4 pounds usually ship Priority Mail & orders over 4 pounds ship Parcel Post. Any large packages will Parcel Post to save the customer $$$.

OK now for the nitty gritty...here are a few simple rules/regulations/steps that I must now implement due to the rash of NON PAYING BIDDERSand/or NEWpersons/buyers. Please, take the time to read all the info provided & just some overall *knowledge* to make the whole transaction as pleasant as seemingly possible .These simple guidelines FAQ's will help you & I during the whole transaction process, from start to finish & ultimately in the end, make for a better transaction .I must add all of these due to the simple fact that some Buyers just do not understand the whole eBay process & just do not take the brief amount of time to read the Auction Description...as simple as it seems to most ,there are still a few that just do not get it. We are here to help !

• 1) Due to the nature of this hobby,NO RETURNS will be accepted ,unless its 100% our fault. Absolutely NO RETURNS will be considered if you decide to OPEN an item or PLAY with an item. These are toys. They will eventually break....they always do. We are selling collectibles that are for the collector.
• 2) If someone purchases something by mistake on your account,sorry. That is your responsibility. If your kid,son,daughter,drunk uncle,neighbor,wife,grandparent,husband did so without your permission....sorry. Make them pay for it or file a fraud report with the local authorities. With the new rules being implemented with PayPal,regarding fees/purchases on paid items,we will ship out the items bought off Ebay with NO RETURNS ACCEPTED.
• 3) The Tracking Number or Delivery Confirmation : this will be automated uploaded once we create the label via PayPal. This is done automatically .You can view this at anytime within the Order Details page. Please keep in mind that sometimes USPS is very slow in updating this information.
• 4) All Holiday ( especially Christmas Orders) are shipped the same way as any other day. We cannot be responsible for slow shipment times during these days/weeks. Please get your purchases in early for these Holidays.
• 5)   Payments are to be made within 2 DAYS . A NON PAYING BIDDER ALERT will automatically be filed after the 2nd day of non payment through the Ebay System . We unfortunately had to succumb to a zero tolerance policy for this .After doing this for over 10 years,I have heard EVERY excuse in the book . Lets make this a positive buying experience for all .
• 6) We will ONLY ship to the address associated with the PAYPAL PAYMENT on the Details Transaction Page.There is no exception to this . Please make sure you double check this before you send payment ,as there is no way to change this on our end . Do not ask us to change the ship-to address,as we can not do this for Seller Protection purposes. Should you need an item ship to a different address,YOU need to manually change it BEFORE you make payment. Make sure its correct,as we usually ship within 24 hours due to Ebay Seller Policy. 
• 7)FEEDBACK will ONLY be left AFTER you ,the Buyer, has left it for me .We leave feedback in bulk once a week.
• 8) On the RARE occasion ,that I am SOLD OUT of an item from your order ,you will be notified by email immediately & again ,will do my best to rectify this situation for you .Between doing over 25+ Toy Conventions a yea r,running a 7,000 sq ft warehouse ,Selling a well-stocked Store on eBay ,stock & collections coming & going and selling to repeat Customers by the day....things will get misplaced, lost ,mis-inventoried or even damaged .Again ,this is human error & although these instances are rare ,they do happen & I will make every effort to rectify this situation.
• 9) VERY IMPORTANT ! NO warranties are given or implied on anything electronic ,especially VINTAGE items(pre-1985).I wish I had the time to test & re-test each & every electronic item I have in stock ,but again ,simply not enough time in the day to do so.99% of the time they just need new batteries ,which is a simple fix .Do not *assume* anything.
• 10) We strive to list each & every item to the best of our human capabilities . If we miss something  ,it was an honest mistake .If you put ANYTHING under a microscope....ANY flaw can be found .NOTHING is gem-mint and grading is VERY subjective .So if you are looking for AFA 95 or 100 carded figures or toys ,please do not bid .I offer a quality product . If the item being sold has any major issue ,it will be said within the items description and/or condition.
• 11) PLEASE take the time to read our return policy.
• 12) We are NOT responsible for factory defects ,such as paint applications or color variations . We sell toys. These are made by the masses & variances can & will occur.
• 13)All items are from a SMOKE & PET FREE ENVIRONMENT.

I do apologize up front for this extensive list ,but it seems the time has come where it just needs to be done & anyone who has sold on eBay for a number of years can identify .The Non Paying Bidders & unknowledgeable Buyers are just becoming too much nowadays & takes away the *fun* from Selling...especially after 16+ years .The whole Auction/Buy it Now  Process is very simple...you buy ,you pay ,you receive your item .Over the years ,it only takes a handful of unknowledgeable Buyers to ruin it for the VAST MAJORITY of the great ,honest Customers that are out there & for them ,I applaud you & wish *everyone* could be as such .I strive to make a transaction a positive one & hopefully ,overall ,these simple steps should make life a bit easier for all of us.
