Dark brown cloth with blind-stamped borders and gilt front title. Marbled text block.8vo, 8.25 inches tall; 176 pages. Tissue-guarded frontispiece; plates of sample lettering and of correct posture. In-text drawings and appendixes.

The bindings are tight and square. Text clean, light even toning. Moderate shelf handling wear, open corners, rubbed at spine bands, with a slight shelf lean. Stains on p126-127 (splattered light drown ink)
