I had a game store 30+ years ago so the book has my store stamp. It has been in my non smoking home ever since and played very few times. It is clean and working and is complete with the box (light creasing, tiny bits of tape on flap and loss of cover art on box top (see pics), book (nearly new but has store stamp inside), cartridge and Nintendo brand sleeve with styrofoam insert.

Has no odors of smoke, pets or mold.

It will be carefully shipped as the treasure that it is.
