Levis Big E denim jacket. Late 1960s Type 3 Lot number 70505-0217 and a size 42. No care label and one digit stamp on the back of buttons.

There is a tear on the interior collar. It doesn't affect the integrity and adds to the vintage look.  The jacket has no other holes or tears, has all the original buttons, and is in great shape.
