Las piezas tal y como se aprecian en las fotografías y que se describe en el título de este anuncio.
Es un fake, un bootleg inspirado en la marca ToyBiz. Por tanto, NO es ToyBiz.
Todos los piezas de nuestros anuncios son USADAS, en el estado que se aprecian en las fotografías, esto es: rotas, cortadas, enmendadas, dobladas (en menor o mayor medida), pintadas (total o parcialmente), degradación del tono en el color, y/o cualquier combinación de todo lo anterior. Procuramos tener cuidado en todos los envíos, pero puede ser que algunas piezas que estén "medio rotas" puedan llegar a terminar de partirse por manipulación o en el envío. Por esto, y porque no está en nuestro ánimo inducir a ningún tipo de error, las imágenes que procuramos son fieles a la realidad y de buena resolución, para que el posible comprador juzgue por sí mismo. Con todo, intentaremos señalar aquellos defectos más graves, y que sean más difíciles de apreciar. Además, si el posible comprador lo considera necesario, durante el transcurso de la subasta o venta, se podrá realizar cualquier pregunta o duda, o aportación de alguna foto aclaratoria más, y que contestaremos a la mayor brevedad posible. Las piezas se han limpiado de forma poco agresiva, para evitar dañar las piezas, por lo que puede ocurrir que necesiten una limpieza más exhaustiva que dejamos en criterio del posible comprador. envío respecto al peso y/o volumen.
Al utilizar el método CARRO DE
COMPRA o la APP de Ebay, puede obligar al comprador a
abonar todos los gastos de envío para cerrar la compra, sin
dar la opción de contactar con el vendedor, ajeno a ello y a la posible compra.
Si el problema persiste y se desean varios artículos, lo recomendable es
comprar uno a uno (evidentemente varios a la vez si son iguales) y después
pulsar el botón de Solicitar Total, o contactar para que manualmente (no es
automático) remitamos la factura con los gastos combinados, que lo haremos lo
más rápidamente que podamos. Disculpad estas molestias, ajenas a nosotros.

1.- ADVERTENCIA: Los artículos puestos en venta son USADOS, a no ser que se indique lo contrario, así que la puja es por un artículo usado, con señales de uso habitual.
Si es necesario, procedemos a una limpieza de los artículos, pero sin usar métodos agresivos, por lo que dejamos en manos más expertas para eliminar cualquier mancha que pudiera contener.
Además, si el comprador lo considera necesario, durante el transcurso de la subasta, se podrá realizar cualquier pregunta o duda, o aportación de alguna foto aclaratoria más, y que contestaremos a la mayor brevedad posible.

2.- La forma de Pago será sólo por INGRESO o TRANSFERENCIA BANCARIA o PAYPAL. No se acepta entregas en mano, ni pagos contra reembolso.
El número de cuenta bancaria (Banco Popular) que sale automáticamente en la factura final que se envía (Transferencia Fácil).
El pago se efectuará en un PLAZO MÁXIMO de 4 DÍAS desde la terminación de la subasta. Cualquier retraso justificado en el pago deberá de comunicarse. Si no es así, se notificará a Ebay el impago.
En ocasiones pondremos semanalmente nuevos artículos a la venta, por lo que no ponemos ningún problema en guardar el resultado de una semana a la siguiente para seguir combinando gastos de envío y salga más favorable al comprador, pero por motivos de llevar un control correcto por nuestra parte, sólo se guardarán DOS SEMANAS CONSECUTIVAS, si se desea nuevos artículos de una tercera semana o posterior será un pedido nuevo, y se cerrará el anterior.
Con todo, agradecemos que se nos solicite que se desea acumular dos semanas para tenerlo en cuenta en nuestro control de pagos y envíos.

4.- El envío de este artículo viene especificado en el presente anuncio, y se remitirá siempre por Correo Certificado. No enviamos por Correo Ordinario.
Si se adquieren dos o más artículos los gastos de envío son combinables entre sí, que incluirán el EMBALAJE y MANIPULACIÓN de los artículos, y el precio estipulado por CORREOS, según su peso y volumen. Solicitar el Pago Total para que sepamos que no se desean más artículos y enviaremos la factura con los gastos combinados.

Los artículos se devolverán en similares condiciones de paquetería, y por Correo Certificado. Una vez que nos llegue, comprobaremos que todo está correcto y procederemos al reembolso.
Los gastos de devolución serán a cargo del comprador.

Refunds will be given before 14 days from receipt of item and for any problem justified. Items are returned in similar conditions and package, and by registered Mail. Once it arrives, we will check that everything is correct and proceed to refund.

6.- VOTO. Aunque el voto es libre y voluntario, rogamos que se tenga en cuenta que por la forma de puntuar de Ebay 3 estrellas (o menos) es un suspenso, no un aprobado, por lo que un Aprobado o Aceptable serían 4 estrellas. Lo comentamos porque perjudica al vendedor en los informes internos frente a Ebay.
Y también sabemos que es imposible que todo el mundo esté satisfecho y en todo, pero nos esforzamos mucho para que sea así.
