I have owned this original lithograph for several years. It measures 14.75" x 10.25" approximately. Period paper with some foxing and a mild crease which can be better seen on the backside. The crease is minor. The translation from French to English reads roughly, as I cannot read all of the punctuation correctly  "Recently Found in an indian tomb in the United States in Connecticut and given to Mr. de Humboldt pare Mr. le B.on Hyde de Neuville French ambassador in Rio Janiero".
This is an image of a Caddo Native American pipe bowl. The lithograph is fairly large for a standard book of the period and may have been made as a stand alone print or cut from an elephant folio manuscript. I have researched this for awhile and cannot find a corresponding book that this may have come from.
In any case this is as rare as Hen's Teeth. You will not find another example.
