Vintage Tanker Truck Cast Iron 10".

I bought this from a seller who got it from an estate sale; I think it’s the antique truck that the modern Phillips 66 and Duggan Oil reproductions are based on. Those trucks were mostly assembled with Phillips screws (invented in the 1950’s) and their screws extend far past the nuts below the frame. They also have a floor penetration left of center for the column from an added steering wheel and their frame construction varies a little but has some wider cross members. This truck has older slotted screws that barely extend past the nuts, it has no off center hole for a steering column, and the axles are old and rusted unlike the repros. It looks good and old overall. Ships USPS Ground Advantage to lower 48 states of the USA only; no returns but please message me with any issues.
