The stencils are very easy to use - we are sure you'll love working with them. Simply tape it to the surface using yellow painter's tape. Then load your foam roller with the paint (water-based acrylic paint is preferable) and roll it over the stencil, applying medium pressure. Don't press on the roller too hard to eliminate paint seepage under the stencil. Wash it with soap and warm water after use.
All cut stencils have bridges that hold centers of letters and images in place. You can paint the bridges after painting and removing the stencil to add a finished look.

The stencils can be applied with a stencil brush, sponge, paint roller or spray paint to most surfaces, including walls, floors, furniture, wood, metal, glass, paper and fabric.
