Gorgeous natural star rose quartz gemstone originating from Mozambique. This weighs 10.05 CTS and has been cut into an oval shape. The measurements are approximately 16.6 x 12.3 x 7.2 mm.

The stone has a noticeable star caused by asterism. This phenomenon causes a moving star of light to travel across the surface of the stone when exposed to a light source, either artificial or sunlight.

The star is not as powerful as some types of asterism stones, but is nicely formed for a rose quartz. This piece also has an interesting luminous stripe that moves across the surface, and can best be seen in the supplied video.

The gem is a great quality piece, with a soft feminine pink coloring and a radiant glow. This is fully transparent and has excellent clarity. There is no notable flaws and can be considered eye clean.

This stone is in overall great condition but does have a scratch on the underside as shown in pictures. Because of the very high clarity on this gemstone, this might be slightly noticeable on certain angles.
