Quartz-8XL Movie camera with electric drive for shooting on 8-mm film type "Super-8".
The name "XL" indicates the presence of a high-aperture optical system with a wide range of changes in the relative apertures of the lens, which, together with a large shutter opening angle (220°), allows filming in a wide range of illumination.
The camera used an automatic exposure control system with light measurement through the lens.
