They are marked "HOT WHEELS 2011 MATTEL, MADE IN CHINA, 5P7NF11".

They look like Marx type figures but they are clearly marked HOT WHEELS.

There are 7 different figures with mostly duplicates as shown in photos.

Scale seems to be about 1/43 size.
