EXQUISITE FENTON CARNIVAL GLASS BOWL
Presenting an exceptional blue carnival glass bowl in the highly appealing "Holly Berry" pattern produced by the quality American makers Fenton.
This stunning example has been crafted in a divine electric cobalt blue coloured glass decorated with a relief pattern of holly leaves and berries which stylishly flows over the form. The surface of the bowl glistens with a wonderfully rich and lustrous iridescent finish which displays striking shades of green, blue, pink purple and gold which are most spectacularly flaunted upon the triple crimped ruffled rim.
This piece stands proudly atop a squat foot which beautifully elevates the form enabling it to be appreciated from every angle.
SIZE: This superb piece stands approx 60mms tall and measures 230mms or 9" in diameter.
CONDITION: This piece is presented in excellent vintage condition with no chips, cracks or repairs. This bowl does display the usual straw and seams marks which is a part of the manufacturing proess but mentioned for complete accuracy. This piece has been very well cared for and presents exceptionally well.
MARKS: This is an unsigned example pre-dating the introduction of Fenton marks.
