BECAUSE OF THE GLOBAL HEALTH CRISIS AND FOLLOWING BREXIT, THE BELGIAN AUTHORITIES HAVE STRENGTHENED CUSTOMS FORMALITIES FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION. THIS IS WHY I HAVE TAKEN THE DECISION TO MOMENTLY STOP SENDING TO THESE DESTINATIONS, INCLUDING THE COUNTRIES I HAVE BEEN DOING BUSINESS WITH. I APOLOGIZE TO THE BUYERS IN THESE AREAS AND HOPE THE SITUATION WILL IMPROVE IN THE NEAR FUTURE.

Les frais de port sont calculés en fonction des tarifs officiels de la poste belge et incluent aussi des frais d'emballage. Il en va de même en cas de regroupement de plusieurs objets achetés dans un même colis. Ces frais viennent d'ailleurs d'être modifiés au 1er janvier 2023. Les retours ne sont pas acceptés. L'emballage est choisi pour protéger au mieux les objets lors du transport mais il est toujours possible de demander un emballage plus léger pour faire diminuer les frais de port. Dans ce cas, aucun dédommagement ne pourra être réclamé si l'objet arrive à destination endommagé !

The shipping costs are calculated according to the official prices of the Belgian post office and also include packaging costs. The same applies in the event of grouping together several items purchased in the same package. These costs have also recently been modified on January 1, 2023. Returns are not accepted. The packaging is chosen to best protect the objects during transport but it is always possible to request a lighter packaging to reduce the shipping costs. In this case, no compensation can be claimed if the object arrives at its destination damaged !

Les envois internationaux avec numéro de suivi sont privilégiés par souci de traçage pour lutter contre les pertes éventuelles de colis mais cela coûte désormais très chers pour les pays de l'Union européenne qui ne sont pas limitrophes à la Belgique. Une option standard sans suivi est dès lors proposées aux acheteurs de ces pays mais elle n'inclue pas de remboursement en cas de perte. 

International shipments with tracking number are preferred for the sake of tracing to fight against possible loss of parcels but this is now very expensive for countries of the European Union which are not bordering Belgium. A standard non-tracking option is therefore offered to buyers from these countries but it does not include a refund in the event of loss.

Collectionneur moi-même, je fais toujours le maximum pour la sécurité des objets que je vends au moment du transport. Je ne peux donc me porter garant si l'acheteur remet en cause le mode d'emballage ou le tarif d'envoi choisi.

Collector myself, I always do all I can to ensure the safety of the items I sell during transport. I cannot therefore vouch if the buyer contest the packaging form or the shipping rate chose.
